Job description
We are seeking a Programme Facilitator/Administrator to support on the coordination, facilitation, and administration to ensure smooth delivery of educational and community programmes, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Attend meetings with the centre team and programme provider to understand the objectives, context, and requirements of each programme, which may include workshops, academic panels, talks, and demonstrations. Coordinate and manage all logistical arrangements, including venue booking, equipment setup, catering, and participant registration, ensuring a seamless experience. Provide administrative support by managing participant communications, creating and distributing programme materials, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Facilitate programme sessions, workshops, or activities as needed, guiding discussions, managing group dynamics, and ensuring participant engagement. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, participants, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication. Monitor programme progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance and maintaining confidentiality. Stay updated on best practices in programme facilitation and administration, seeking opportunities for professional development and training. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in programme coordination, facilitation, or administration. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. * Experience in managing budgets and financial records. * Familiarity with event planning and logistical arrangements. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances. * Experience working with educational or community programmes is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Opportunity to make a positive impact on the community
