Job description

Within the Directorate of Procurement, we are working on the future-oriented further development of our organization. In a complex and rapidly changing environment, we are looking for a highly experienced program manager who can independently set a course, create an overview, and deliver results. You will bring coherence between various projects and subjects: from substantively complex files to change assignments related to organization, behavior, and mindset.

You will advise management on course, choices, and coherence, strengthen collaboration between project leaders, and make dependencies visible. You will take ownership, know when coordination is needed, and when you can proceed independently. We expect leadership: not always from a hierarchical position, but by providing direction, connecting people, and creating movement. You combine extensive experience with program management with administrative sensitivity and a clear focus on results.

The work will be carried out within the Directorate of Procurement:

1. The officer advises management, guides, and supports management and employees in implementation and execution within the Procurement Domain.
2. Prepares, develops, and implements business operations products, services, policies, and processes.
3. Builds and maintains a network with clients and relations (internal and external).
4. Performs multidisciplinary project management activities.

Job requirements

Required education
A completed university education (bachelor's and/or master's degree) or demonstrable university work and thinking level through a combination of knowledge, education, and experience, verifiable if necessary in an assessment.

Required experience
Extensive management experience and/or experience as a manager of complex projects and/or programs
