We Offer Location: Warsaw or Poznań (hybrid work – currently 2 days a week in the office) Rate: 105 PLN/h net (B2B) About the project We are looking for a Python Programmer (Mid) to join a team that combines expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and software engineering. We create solutions that directly impact the sales and development of financial products. We are working on predictive models supporting the sales of products such as FX, leasing, factoring, domestic and international guarantees, as well as on new analytical solutions supporting business development. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in the entire lifecycle of models – from data preparation, through construction and implementation, to maintaining production environments. Responsibilities Design, build, train, and validate Machine Learning models. Prepare and process data (data wrangling, feature engineering). Create and develop data pipelines and ETL processes. Deploy models to production environments and integrate them with existing systems. Optimize SQL queries and work with large data volumes. Cooperate with business and technical teams in developing solutions supporting sales. Maintain and develop MLOps processes and automate deployments. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science in production projects. Very good knowledge of Python. Practical knowledge of ML libraries such as: scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, LightGBM, XGBoost. Experience in building, training, and validating supervised learning models. Good knowledge of SQL / SQL Server, including query optimization and working with large datasets. Ability to prepare data and create features (feature engineering). Experience in deploying ML models to production environments (API, batch processing, system integrations). Knowledge of good MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, and Docker.
