Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Power BI Programmer (M/F) for our client in the banking industry. Additional information Location: Hybrid work from the Warsaw office. Offered remuneration Remuneration: from 1000 to 1250 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competencies. You will be a good fit for this role if: You have experience in creating and developing reports and dashboards in Power BI. You have a very good command of Power Query and DAX and can build and optimize data models. You have experience in integrating data from various sources and working with data warehouses. You can design BI solutions considering performance, readability, and UX. You know the processes related to mortgage loan sales or retail credit processes. You have experience working in the banking sector. You can translate business and analytical needs into reporting solutions. You have experience working with Power BI Service and Gateway and maintaining data refresh processes. You know JIRA and Confluence. Experience in projects related to building processes for mortgage sales and after-sales service is a plus. Knowledge of systems operating in the banking environment and experience working with the Agile methodology are welcome. Tasks that await you: Designing, creating, and developing interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI. Building and optimizing data models using Power Query and DAX. Integrating and transforming data from various sources. Optimizing existing reports and data warehouses in terms of performance, readability, and UX. Developing business logic, calculations, measures, and advanced data transformations. Creating and maintaining data refresh processes in Power BI Service and Gateway. Collaborating with business and analysts to identify reporting needs and translate them into Power BI solutions. Ensuring the quality, consistency, and standards of data modeling. Documenting BI solutions and preparing user manuals. Participating in the development of the data environment, process automation, and increasing reporting efficiency. Supporting initiatives related to mortgage loan sales processes in the banking environment.
