Data Base Programmer

We are creating products from the FinTech, HealthTech and AI areas (although we do not limit ourselves to rigid frameworks). We work in Team Augmentation, Full Outsourcing and end-to-end models, mainly for clients outside of Poland. We don't brag about 'innovations' or 'dynamic environment'. What interests us is concrete: code, architecture and decisions that deliver. We build working products that pass audits, scale up and realistically gain market share — not just slides or sprints to tick off. We rely on responsibility, reliability and a sense of ownership. Our goal is to create something that will be used by others, not just to impress with our own abilities. We are looking for a Data Base Programmer who can work independently and as part of a team, has experience in designing and implementing databases, and is familiar with data modeling techniques. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing tools. Experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Google Cloud would be an asset.
