Licentiate in informatics or related field.
Experience in using an ERP. Experience in SAP ERP (any module: MM, SD, FI, CO) is an advantage.
Competencies:
- knowledge of programming in a high-level language
- knowledge of economic flow (purchases, sales, order-delivery-invoice)
- familiarity with ABAP for debugging and simple adaptations is an advantage
Abilities:
- clear communication with non-technical teams
- orientation towards solutions and rapid problem-solving capacity
- ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
- patience and orientation towards solutions in interaction with users

Job Description
Offering technical support (helpdesk) and training for end-users. Responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of MM/SD/FI/CO modules, resolving user tickets, and developing training programs and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- technical support - Helpdesk
- managing and resolving tickets related to errors in SAP MM/SD/FI (e.g. blockages in procurement processes, errors in invoicing)
- training users, creating training materials that integrate functions with SAP MM/SD/FI processes
- reporting and optimization: generating personalized reports based on data extracted from SAP or ticketing area.
