- Collaborate on identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance customer and user experience.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of Technology, Business, Operations, and Customer Experience.
- Uncover needs, analyze requirements, and accompany the implementation of new features.
- Participate in projects related to digital transformation and incorporation of artificial intelligence-based tools.
