LiON Internship Program in Retail Banking

Your responsibilities

• you assist female and male clients of the retail point
• you organize the calendar for the entire team
• you ensure a high quality of service for our female and male clients
• you support the team in the digitalization of our clients
• you will learn about the functioning of a retail branch

Our requirements

• you have a positive attitude
• you have the ability to ask relevant questions, listen, and formulate thoughts easily
• you have the ability to learn quickly and a desire to develop in the area of selling banking products
• you are characterized by ease in building relationships, openness to working with clients, and practical teamwork skills
• you are an adult secondary school student, have completed secondary school, are studying, or are a graduate up to 2 years after completing your studies
• you are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
