We are looking for:
a Quality Solution System and Software Manager
Position located in St-Ouen-sur-Seine (93)
In the quality department, you will be attached to the Team Leader of the Saint-Ouen Development Site.
MISISIONS
Your main missions are as follows:
- Establish a quality plan and ensure good application during development execution in accordance with customer requirements and Alstom processes.
- SUPPORT the implementation of phase reviews of development in line with Alstom processes (software review, launch validation, etc.).
- Perform objective evaluations of process implementation.
- Raise quality and safety alerts.
- Manage non-conformities of development processes, security issues, and animate problem-solving.
- SUPPORT the evaluation of solution safety by organizing safety reviews and writing the quality report for the safety file, in accordance with the CENELEC 50129:2018 standard.
- Ensure interface with the internal site or inter-site quality network.
- Ensure that key performance indicators for engineering and quality are deployed and analyzed throughout development.
- Accompany continuous process improvement with feedback from trades and animation of experience return.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
- Bac+5 degree holder, graduate of an engineering or university school, with a specialization in quality or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a system or software embedded context.
- You have good knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001:2015, CMMI v1.3/v2.0) and Quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, ...).
- Knowledge of the CENELEC standard (EN 50129:2018, EN 50128 : 2011, EN 50126 : 2017) is an asset.
- An excellent mastery of English is essential for this position.
- You are recognized for your relational skills, leadership, and rigor, your writing abilities, and your assertiveness.
