Program Manager:in (m/w/d) for Media-Startup Accelerator

The Media Innovation Lab of Mediengruppe Wiener Zeitung is a structured Fellowship-program for the promotion of innovative media and content projects as well as technology-driven startup initiatives. Twice a year, up to six startups are accompanied over a period of nine months. The program includes workshops, coaching, collaboration in a coworking space, and financial support for the participants. For the operational and organizational implementation of this program, we are looking for a Program Manager:in (m/w/d) who will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the accelerator program. This includes the selection and mentoring of startups, organization of workshops and events, as well as the establishment and maintenance of partnerships with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in startup acceleration, innovation management, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Fluency in German is required.
