Program Manager with experience in Stellantis

• Complete leadership of development programs for Stellantis, from concept phase to delivery.

• Integration with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality areas, ensuring project excellence.

• Tech interface with the client and guaranteeing compliance with APQP milestones.

• Proven experience as Program Manager in projects for Stellantis.

• Robust knowledge of CATIA, DFA/DFM, APQP norms, IATF, and VDA 6.

• Mastery of the Stellantis work methodology.

• Experience in product and process development, plastic injection, and painting (differential).

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Production, or related fields.

• Analytical capacity, focus on results, and strong negotiation skills with the final client.

• Knowledge of Co-Design practices and direct interface with PSC engineering.

• Prior experience in long-term projects (12+ months) with a strong technical and profitability component.

• Temporary project for 12 to 18 months.

• On-site work in Pindamonhangaba (minimum 80%, with possibility of 100%).

• Availability for travel to other units in Brazil.
