Program Manager

Role Summary: The Program Manager at Voya is responsible for leading and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives across complex, cross-functional IT programs. This role requires a strong technical background, with proven expertise in driving automation solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to guide program execution, working with various application teams across India and US, ensure alignment with Voya’s business priorities, and maintain compliance within governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and budget management. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business value. • Providing strategic guidance and oversight to program managers and team members. • Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle. • Maintaining compliance with Voya’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success. • Providing regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Ensuring program deliverables meet business objectives and are aligned with Voya’s strategic priorities.
