For the expansion of a Team operating in the Industrial sector, we are looking for a

PROGRAM MANAGER

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Management Engineering and at least 3 years of experience as a Program and Project Manager

️TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Plan and monitor project progress in terms of time, resources, and budget.
• Draft and update the schedule and cost analysis (budget/actuals).
• Identify and manage risks, critical issues, and deviations from planned time and costs.
• Coordinate the project team and ensure correct information flow between involved functions.
• Draft periodic reports for management and clients

️ NOTE: Excellent knowledge of the English language is required, as the ideal candidate will be integrated into an international team!

• Strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High problem-solving ability.

Work location: Varese (on-site work at the client's premises)
