Program Manager

Skytechnology (part of Akronos Technologies Group), an engineering consultancy and services company specialized in the design of highly complex electronic and embedded systems for the aerospace, defense, avionics, telecommunications, and industry sectors, is looking for a Delivery / Program Manager to join our Aerospace & Defence team, with a focus on managing European-funded projects.

The role is responsible for the planning, monitoring, and control of complex projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration between planning, execution, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities

• Project planning, ensuring the availability and optimal allocation of resources
• Participation in the definition and structuring of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Interface with Program Management and Integrated Planning for the alignment of project activities
• Project management within management and timekeeping systems
• Monthly monitoring of project KPIs
• Control of cost progress and updating of Program and Finance KPIs
• Production of concise reporting for management
• Creation and updating of monitoring dashboards
• Management and updating of project Logbooks and Risk Registers

Required Skills

• Degree in Aerospace, Management, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines
• Experience in planning complex projects (timelines, costs, resources)
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies
• Data analysis and synthesis skills for managerial reporting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
