Program Manager

Location: Mexico City Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days home office) Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field Experience: 7 years in similar position English: Advanced General Description We are looking for a Program Manager (PM) with solid experience leading strategic programs within complex organizations. This role is crucial to ensure that key business initiatives are executed with focus, alignment, and results, acting as a link between the program's objectives and the organization's overall strategy. The PM will be responsible for developing and maintaining program plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Additionally, the PM will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies as needed • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards • Collaborate with the organization's leadership to align programs with overall business objectives • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and best practices • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
