Job description

We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive initiatives around Target Group (TG) expansion at Seekho. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to identify new audience segments and design programs that accelerate growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence how millions of learners discover and engage with Seekho.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new TG segments to expand Seekho’s reach.
Design and implement strategic initiatives for audience growth.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams to execute end-to-end initiatives.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate strategies for maximum impact.
Drive execution excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A bias toward action, ownership, and execution in fast-paced setups.
