Program Manager

Montaplast of North America's, manufacturing operation in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams throughout the complete program lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of assigned automotive programs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary customer contact for all program-related activities and issues. Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of program development, launch, and production. Ensure program objectives are met by developing and implementing effective project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and procedures. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program success. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members as needed. Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and control program budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensure timely and successful completion of assigned programs.
