Program Manager - Community Based Project

Moreover, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Community Based Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing project plans and budgets; • Coordinating with stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and project partners; • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance; • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues; and • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in program management or a related field, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
