Program Manager - Cloud_SG

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate program, complex projects or multi-stream IT initiatives in Saint-Gobain. The Program Manager will join the Cloud Services Program team and will ensure alignment, governance, and successful delivery of those initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives involving multiple projects and stakeholders. Those initiatives could be with Business involvement or more related to IT infrastructure, data analytics, or cybersecurity. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and business leaders. Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and control program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives. Collaborate with the Cloud Services Program team to develop and implement program governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes. Ensure compliance with Saint-Gobain's policies, procedures, and standards. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience in leading complex projects or programs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives. Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management or program management. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
