Mission

As Program Manager Supply Chain, your mission is to direct and optimize the supply chain processes from start to finish, with the goal of increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You are responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy, in line with the company's objectives.
• Lead complex supply chain projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Initiate and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Mange stakeholders and establish solid relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal services.
• Track supply chain performance and report to management.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Profile

• University degree, e.g. Master's in economics/engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and project management.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Affinity with IT processes and systems.
• Trilingual (FR/NL/EN).
• Social skills, ability to bring people together and influence without hierarchical link.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Precise work habits.
