Mission

As Program Manager Supply Chain, your mission is to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, with the goal of increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You are responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead complex supply chain projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Initiate and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor supply chain performance and report to management.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Profile

• Masters in economics/ engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and project management.
• Knowledge of logistical and supply chain processes.
• Affinity with IT processes and systems.
• Trilingual (NL/FR/EN).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate it into concrete actions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and manage stakeholders.
