Responsibilities: • Develop and execute program plans to drive customer success and support across multiple e-commerce brands. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and effective communication. • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our customer success programs. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive program success. • Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our customer success strategies. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., program management, operations, or customer success). • Proven track record of driving customer success and support programs with measurable results. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
