Program Manager

The Aerospace Program Manager will lead and oversee complex commercial aerospace programs from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for commercial stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to achieve program objectives while mitigating risks and complying with relevant industry regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace industry trends, market requirements, and customer needs, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; • Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives; • Identifying and mitigating risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing corrective actions as needed; • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure program deliverables meet customer requirements; • Providing regular status updates to senior management and other stakeholders; • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in aerospace program management, project management, or a related field.
