MACS is the largest Catholic school system in Australia, with over 90 schools and more than 50,000 students. We are seeking a Program Lead - Student Formation who will lead our efforts to form students in their faith and values, and empower them to live out their Catholic identity. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Catholic education and the ability to inspire and motivate students, teachers and staff. Key responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing programs that foster student formation and spiritual growth• Collaborating with school leaders and teachers to integrate faith and values into curriculum and teaching practices• Providing pastoral care and support to students, particularly those who are vulnerable or at risk• Building relationships with parents and the wider community to promote Catholic education and values• Leading and managing a team of staff responsible for student formation and spiritual growth• Developing and managing budgets and resources to achieve program goals• Reporting to the Director - Student Formation on program progress and outcomes• Providing strategic advice and support to school leaders and teachers on matters related to student formation and spiritual growth. The successful candidate will have:• A degree in Education, Theology or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in Catholic education or a related field• Strong leadership and management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively with others• Strong understanding of Catholic education and the ability to inspire and motivate students, teachers and staff.
