PROGRAM GOAL

Orienta spa - Agency for Employment - branch of Poggibonsi as a accredited subject to labor services and authorized to provide Services/Active Labor Market Policies under the Program GOL "GARANZIA DI OCCUPABILITA' DEI LAVORATORI", seeking: CANDIDATI GOL, with the following requirements: - Beneficiaries of social security benefits in the absence of employment relationship: unemployed recipients of NASPI or DIS-COLL; - Beneficiaries of social security benefits in a state of employment relationship: specific categories of workers are identified by Law 2022 (Law n. 234/2021, art. 1, comma 200); - Beneficiaries of income support of an assistive nature: recipients of the Citizen's Income; - Fragile or vulnerable workers: young NEETs (under 30 years), women in disadvantaged conditions, people with disabilities, mature workers (55 years and over); - Unemployed without income support: unemployed for at least six months, other workers with limited job opportunities (young and women, also not in a state of fragility), self-employed individuals who cease their activity or have very low incomes; - Workers with very low incomes (so-called working poor): whose income from dependent or autonomous work is below the threshold of insolvency according to fiscal discipline. A dedicated tutor will allow you to take advantage of the following services: 1. Support in drafting a correct and effective curriculum vitae 2. An accurate skills balance aimed at identifying the most responsive paths to your potentialities in relation to a job insertion or reinsertion path 3. Scouting for job opportunities aimed at finding a new job with a fixed-term or open-ended contract or extracurricular internship 4. The possibility of following free courses aimed at improving or acquiring professional skills spendable on the labor market.
