Program Finance Controller

The tasks of the Program Finance Controller: Ensure financial monitoring and control of a portfolio of international projects, Support project leaders in budget management, expense tracking, and financial analysis, Participate in budget preparation and financial proposals for funders, Verify financial reports and supporting documents for projects, Prepare and accompany external financial audits, Contribute to strengthening internal teams' and partners' financial capacities through training, Collaborate closely with the finance and compliance team and ensure regular reporting to management, Two people will report directly to you. The ideal profile of the Program Finance Controller: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, management, economics, or equivalent by experience, Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control, project financial management, or financial reporting, Excellent mastery of Excel and MS Office suite, Very good knowledge of French and English, both orally and in writing (Spanish is an asset), Analytical capacity, rigor, sense of priorities, and solution-oriented, Ease with interpersonal relationships and ability to train and accompany different stakeholders, Motivation to evolve in an international and committed environment, with some availability for occasional travel.
