Program Associate - Learner Experience & Operations is responsible for managing learner experience and operations at Futurense. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance learner engagement, retention, and overall learning outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to improve learner experience and operations • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality programs • Analyzing program data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Providing exceptional customer service to learners and stakeholders • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies • Maintaining accurate records and reports of program performance • Participating in special projects as assigned by the management. The ideal candidate should have: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, or related fields) • 2+ years of experience in education, training, or operations • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
