Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, you will manage end-to-end activities post-selection through off-boarding while building strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, vendors, and contractors. You will ensure smooth onboarding, assignment management, compliance, and operational excellence within the VMS environment. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the Program Lead/Specialist. Provide backend operational support including updates to hiring managers, cost centers, end dates, and customer-definable fields. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the VMS system. Coordinate with Hiring Managers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with program requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive program success. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Program Lead/Specialist. Analyze data and metrics to measure program performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all program activities. Provide regular status updates to the Program Lead/Specialist and other stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of program activities. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the VMS system and its capabilities. Ensure that all program activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
