Termotechnical Designer

LHH We are looking for a professional figure to be inserted in the role of Termotechnical Designer for a reality operating in the province of Vicenza. The position requires full-time employment and demands a qualified profile, with experience in the sector. Responsibilities The selected person will have the responsibility of taking care of the design and direction of works within the scope of thermal installations (HVAC and water-sanitary). It will be necessary to have advanced technical skills and the ability to effectively relate to the various professional figures involved in the projects. Business trips are expected in Italy and, occasionally, also abroad for meetings or site visits. Profile - At least 3 years' experience in designing thermal installations and fire prevention (e.g., hydrant networks, sprinklers, etc.); - Ability to use specialized software for design, such as EDILCLIMA and/or MC4; - Competence in using software for work calculation, such as STR and/or PRIMUS; - In-depth knowledge of building energy certification, according to various international protocols (LEED, BREEAM, etc.); - Any certifications or knowledge in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) will be considered a plus; - Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; - Possession of certificates of participation in specialization courses in the field of thermal installations. Completing the profile are reliability and precision in executing assigned tasks; Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills with internal and external professional figures; Required degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent title in the relevant sector.
