Mechanical Designer

Job S.p.A. - Career Center of Verona selects MECHANICAL DESIGNER for a reality operating in the industrial automation sector. Responsibilities include mechanical design, 3D design of groups and assemblies for industrial automation. Study and realization of mechanical movements applied to industrial machines. FEM analysis on components and assemblies to verify resistance, stiffness, and reliability. Design of high-speed and precision systems. Integration of electric actuators (brushless, stepper) and pneumatic ones. Collaboration with automation for synchronization, cycle times, and reliability issues. Understanding of typical problems in industrial automation. Integration of vision systems with cameras. Use or interfacing with anthropomorphic robots and SCARA. Preparation of distinct bases. Collaboration with the production department to verify feasibility, times, and construction methods. Support to the procurement office, meetings with suppliers, and evaluation of technical solutions. Support for preparing technical estimates. Requirements include excellent 3D design capabilities, ability to perform FEM analysis on components and assemblies, solid knowledge of applied mechanics and kinematics, ability to think and create a mechanical movement, not just draw it. Knowledge of industrial automation and its problems.
