Mechanical Designer

Our client, a multinational group leader in the design and construction of custom-built plants, has entrusted us to find a: Mechanical Designer The resource will be inserted within the Mechanical Technical Office, contributing to the mechanical design of components and functional groups for the plant, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and customer requirements. It will perform structural analyses, calculations, and verifications of dimensions and tolerances, as well as ensure the correct application of materials and manufacturing processes. The resource will also be responsible for preparing detailed designs, drawings, and documentation, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the design and development of mechanical systems. Knowledge of CAD software (such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor) is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients is also essential. The resource will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks according to project deadlines and requirements.
