Mechanical Designer

AxL SpA Alti Profili - Modena Business Unit - selects for a client company in the metalworking sector a:

MECHANICAL DESIGNER

The resource must have experience in the design of process machinery and plants, preferably for the food or pharmaceutical industry. Reporting directly to the Director of the technical office, they will be responsible for the study and design of machinery and plants, and will manage direct customer relations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience of at least 2/3 years gained within companies in the Metalworking/machinery sector;
• In-depth knowledge of the principles of mechanics and production technologies;
• Knowledge of mechanical processing processes;
• Ability to manage production costs and evaluate the economic feasibility of projects;
• Use of CAD programs and 3D mechanical design and modeling software (preferably PTC CREO PARAMETRIC).
