ELECTRONIC DESIGNER

Orienta spa, a company benefit, branch of Florence, is looking for an electronic designer to be inserted into the electronics department, composed of 3 resources. Responsibilities: - Carry out design activities in accordance with specifications and procedures established by the company; - Respect agreed deadlines; - Respond promptly to production needs due to problems with design or transfer to production; - Respect company guidelines and procedures in the realization or modification of the base list; Activities: - Design electrical schemes; - Design printed circuits: generation of gerber files and assembly plans; - Management of electronic component base lists; - Design cabling: opening electrical schemes, verification of signals on connectors and relative interfacing; - Functional testing/debugging on electronic boards; - Soldering operations on boards for wiring or replacing components during design; - Realization of documentation for manuals, services, etc.; - Design interconnection machine schemes; - Support to the technical assistance department for analyzing problems related to customer complaints; - Training/mentoring internal personnel; Requirements: - Diploma in electronic engineering or similar; - Previous experience in electrical cabling or electronic design; - Interdisciplinary vision; - Attention to quality and detail; - Good leadership and management skills for a small group of people; - Good problem-solving abilities.
