EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL DESIGNER – PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS

Erbusco (BS) | Full time | On-site

SPL Energetica, a company active since 2008 in the photovoltaic and energy efficiency sector, is seeking an electrical designer with specific experience in photovoltaic system design, to be directly integrated into its technical office in Erbusco (BS).

The search is exclusively for professionals who have already gained experience in technical studios or design companies and who are familiar with the main phases of electrical and photovoltaic design.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The selected person will become part of a structured technical office and will be responsible for:

• design and sizing of low and medium voltage photovoltaic systems;
• design of storage systems;
• preparation of electrical schematics and design documentation;
• drafting of technical reports;
• management of connection procedures with network operators;
• verification of project compliance with current technical regulations;
• liaison with distributors, clients, installers, and other company functions;
• technical support during the development and realization of the systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• experience in the design of electrical and photovoltaic systems;
• previous experience in technical studios or design companies;
• in-depth knowledge of the operation and sizing of photovoltaic systems;
• ability to develop and interpret electrical schematics;
• knowledge of the main technical regulations applicable to photovoltaic systems;
• good knowledge of AutoCAD;
• diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent, or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field;
• precision, organizational autonomy, and ability to work in a team;
• proficiency in the Italian language, necessary for drafting technical documentation and for communication with clients and network operators;
• availability to work on-site daily at the Erbusco office;
• availability for occasional daily travel in Northern Italy.

The following are considered preferential requirements:

• experience in the design of medium voltage photovoltaic systems;
• knowledge of the procedures and portals of the main network operators;
• experience in the design of storage systems;
• knowledge of specific software for photovoltaic sizing and design.
