Electrical Designer

JOB ITALIA SpA Employment Agency - Auth. Min. Lav. Prot. 13/I/0001610/03.01 of 05/02/2010 - Padua Branch, for a historic and structured client company in the mechanical engineering sector operating in the industrial automation field, is looking for a:

ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

The selected resource will join the electrical technical office: they will not exclusively deal with drawing schematics, but will have the task of designing safe, intelligent, and high-performing machines.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Design of the company's machinery electrical systems, from schematic to automation panel, preferably in the EPLAN environment
• Safety management: Machinery Directive and new Machinery Regulation, identifying covered risks and residual risks
• Development of safety PLCs based on the safety matrix (Pilz, Siemens TIA Portal)
• Execution of functional safety tests, commissioning PLC software and managing activities until successful completion of tests
• Liaising with clients and technicians for instructions and training on machine operation
• Participation in occasional international business trips

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma/ITS or a degree in electrical or electrical engineering and has experience in electrical design, knows the directives in the field of functional safety of systems. A good knowledge of automation/PLC is also required. We are looking for a person capable of integrating effectively into a collaborative team, characterized by precision, proactivity, and motivation to get involved. Availability for short and occasional business trips is required (approximately 3/4 days for 6/7 times a year).

We offer:

• Contract: direct hire by the company; CCNL Metalmeccanica PMI; indicative gross annual salary 33-40K
• Hours: full time from Monday to Friday; in-house canteen
