Job Title and Role Purpose: ELECTRICAL DESIGNER The resource we are looking for has matured previous experience as an electrical designer in productive realities. Within the company, they will be responsible for designing electrical systems for machines, with particular attention to efficiency, safety, and compliance with current regulations. The role includes activities such as developing electrical schemes and cabling, as well as designing automation and control systems aimed at optimizing cutting processes. The ideal profile has already gained experience in structured production contexts, possesses good technical skills, and demonstrates precision, proactivity, and a focus on quality. The ability to work in a team and propose effective solutions will be considered a plus. Organizational Chart Reports to the Technical Responsible. Main Responsibilities • Designing electrical systems for industrial machines, ensuring efficiency and safety • Developing electrical schemes and cabling, ensuring the correct distribution of energy. • Automating and controlling electrical systems to optimize the functioning of machines. • Verifying regulatory compliance, respecting laws and safety standards. • Collaborating with other departments (mechanical, software, production) to integrate electrical solutions. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to understand production specifications (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge). • Using design software, with a preference for knowledge of Eplan. • Minimum knowledge of PLC. • Good knowledge of the English language Personal Skills (Soft Skills) • Precision • Problem-solving • Critical thinking • Team working Conditions of Employment • Place of work: Castelleone. • Working hours and work-life balance: Full-time 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday. Indicative working hours 8.00-12.00/13.00-17.00. • Employment contract type: Direct hiring, metalmechanics industry CCNL. • Salary package: To be defined based on actual work experience gained in the role. Annual Gross Salary Reference: €28,000 – €40,000. • Benefits: Meal ticket + welfare + training and growth plan.
