Designer

The resource will be inserted within the technical design team of Abaco Engineering and will be responsible for managing and developing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance projects on buildings (civil/tertiary/hospitality), supporting design, coordination, and assistance activities to the Works Management. The figure will be responsible for: Preparation of graphic and technical documents (MO/MS projects) in all phases: preliminary/definitive/executive, where applicable; Production of documentation and reports related to the project; Coordination with stakeholders and internal teams; Support for the development of design solutions; Participation in meetings and discussions with clients and internal teams. The resource will work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture, engineering or a related field, and have experience in project management, design, and coordination. Knowledge of CAD software (Autodesk AutoCAD) is required.
