We are looking for professionals who are already working or have worked with patents, regardless of their original degree, valuing practical experience and technical knowledge in the area.

Main Activities

• Technical support in the preparation of patent applications;
• Review and analysis of technical documents;
• Prior art searches and technological monitoring;
• Preparation of technical reports;
• Support to legal teams and patent engineers;
• Interface with clients and foreign associates.

Requirements

• Previous experience with patents in IP firms, companies, or innovation departments;
• Ability to interpret complex technical documents;
• Intermediate or advanced English;
• Organization and attention to detail;
• Good technical writing skills.

Differentiators

• Experience with procedures before INPI;
• Knowledge of patent search databases;
• Experience in innovation, R&D, or technology transfer environments;
• Knowledge of intellectual property management systems.
