Job Description Microlins is looking for a dedicated English Teacher seeking their first opportunity to join our team in Ribeirão das Neves, MG. The position consists of conducting in-person English classes for students of different levels of knowledge. Daily responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, assessing student progress, and applying pedagogical methods to facilitate learning in a dynamic and effective way. This is a role with flexible working hours and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• English Teaching: Experience with the English language, with skills in adapting to different student learning styles and practical application of the language.
• Lesson Planning: Ability to develop structured and dynamic lesson plans that meet students' educational needs.
• Education and Teaching: Knowledge of pedagogical practices focused on effective and engaging learning.
• Communication: Clear and inspiring communication skills, both verbal and written, to promote student interaction and engagement.
• Advantage: A degree in Letters with a specialization in English Language or English proficiency certifications (such as TOEFL, IELTS, or CAE) are advantageous.
