Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Nursing issued by an institution recognized by MEC (mandatory).
- Professional Registration: Active, regularized, and with no ethical pending issues in the COREN of the state of practice (mandatory).
- Minimum Qualification: Specialization (Lato Sensu) completed in Nursing or a related health/education area (mandatory).
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing, Education, or related fields (Desirable).
- Assistance Experience (mandatory).
- Technical Proficiency.
- Previous experience in vocational technical teaching or supervision of internships in the health field (Desirable).
- Communication and Didactics.
- Patience and Conflict Mediation.
