The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between disciplinary content and pedagogical practices, preparing the next generation of educators in alignment with the school's mission. Key Responsibilities: • Design and teach courses that integrate educational theory and practice, focusing on teacher education and development. • Conduct research in the field of education, publishing papers and presenting at conferences to advance knowledge and inform teaching practices. • Mentor and supervise students pursuing master's or doctoral degrees in education. • Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in service activities that support the school's mission. Requirements: • Earned doctorate in Education or a related field from an accredited institution. • Strong research and publication record in the field of education. • Excellent teaching skills with experience in designing and delivering courses for teacher education programs. • Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners. • Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools is desirable.
