Renowned for the quality of its projects and expertise in buildings, our Sustainable Development team continues to grow and seeks a professional or engineer who will join our team to develop innovative solutions promoting project optimization on buildings in areas such as sustainable development, decarbonization, climate change, and standards in this field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on sustainable development, decarbonization, climate change, and ecoconstruction, including low-carbon materials, circular design, life cycle analysis, intrinsic carbon, and climate resilience.
• Coordinate certification processes and ensure compliance with building standards, programs, and evaluation systems, including LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon Building, or Envision.
• Participate in writing technical reports, preparing presentations for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to integrate sustainable strategies into projects, while ensuring the tracking of deliverables.
• Participate in integrated design planning (IDP) meetings, contribute to project schedules and budgets, and ensure the quality and coherence of submitted documentation for certification bodies.
• Write policies, programs, and progress reports on sustainable development, verify and track certification documentation, and conduct site inspections to ensure the implementation of environmental measures (erosion management, air quality, etc.).
• Contribute to developing decarbonization strategies and master plans for sustainable development, as well as implementing energy efficiency measures and low-carbon technologies adapted to projects.
