Job Description About the Role Location: Telework across Canada The Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (PSR Voc) is responsible for helping individuals access appropriate professional activities, maintain or return to them, so that they are useful, remunerative and meaningful. The PSR Voc determines the appropriate professional objectives and identifies the needs for vocational rehabilitation and/or support services, taking into account the individual's skills, abilities, interests and values. The PSR Voc also develops a personalized plan to achieve these objectives, in collaboration with the individual and other stakeholders. This plan may include job search strategies, training or education, career counseling, and access to resources and networks. The PSR Voc provides ongoing support and guidance throughout the process, ensuring that the individual's needs are met and their goals are achieved. The PSR Voc works closely with other professionals, such as healthcare providers, social workers, and employment counselors, to ensure a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and reintegration into the workforce.
