Professionally Registered Architect

Are you a skilled Architect looking for your next career-defining opportunity? An established, design-focused firm is seeking a Professionally Registered Architect (with SACAP) to join their dynamic team on a range of high-complexity construction projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• SACAP Professional Registration (non-negotiable)

• Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience

• Must have experience in complex construction projects; experience in government health sector projects is highly advantageous

• Sound working knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential; exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial

• Strong command of contract documentation, including compiling and reviewing Contract Instructions & Extension of Time claims

• Capable of producing and interpreting cash flow projections (construction & PSP fees)

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent formal writing skills and administrative abilities (non-negotiable)

• Able to manage teams, delegate effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines

• Comfortable working in a collaborative open office environment

• PA experience considered a plus
