Professional Structural Engineer

Position: Professional Structural Engineer Hire Resolves client is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Professional Structural Engineer to join their team in Tshwane, Gauteng. As a Professional Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating and analysing various structural components and systems to ensure their safety and integrity. Responsibilities: Performing structural analysis and design calculations for various types of structures, including buildings, bridges, towers, and other infrastructure projects. Conducting site visits to inspect and assess existing structures, identifying potential hazards and recommending necessary repairs or modifications. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective structural solutions. Developing and maintaining detailed designs, specifications, and reports for various structural projects. Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Providing expert advice and guidance on structural matters to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Professional Structural Engineer. Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles, including finite element methods and dynamic analysis. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
