As a Professional Services Consultant at TradingHub, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers bespoke solutions to the financial services industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, • Conduct client meetings and workshops to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements, • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client interactions are professional, courteous and timely. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry, • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, business, computer science).
