WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Drivers are the engine of our organization. Thanks to the professional guidance of our resource planners, everything runs smoothly. In this role, you act as a connecting link between our transport operations and the drivers. What does this mean concretely?

• As a professional resource planner, you not only have a sympathetic ear, but you also dare to add the finishing touches where necessary, but you do this with respect for everyone.
• Because of your didactic skills, you will be able, like no other, to introduce drivers to new transport development/regulations.
• In addition, you know how to turn every problem into an opportunity to make things run better and more efficiently.
• You demonstrate a great solution-oriented approach in which you have an eye for both the person and the cost-saving aspect.
• You will also take care of driver`s documents, you will be the support and assistance for drivers and colleagues, you will administrate the tolls payment machines and you will check the transactions involving fees;

WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING
As Professional Resource Planning you will manage important situations and aspects in the work carried out by our drivers. Thanks to your administrative skills, you will be able to solve everything related to your tasks. Plus, you are positive and you'll know how to turn every problem into an opportunity to make things work better and more efficiently. You will demonstrate a very good solution-oriented approach, paying attention to both the person and the issue of cost reduction. Excellent communication, organization and planning skills; PC Operating Knowledge (MS Office, MS Outlook); Advanced English ; Objectivity in assessing problems, in analyzing situations specific to the activity they carry out;
