Professional Architect

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong track record in delivering complex architectural projects from documentation through to construction. This role is suited to a technically accomplished professional who can lead teams, coordinate sites, and ensure design intent is executed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects through documentation, coordination, and construction stages.
• Manage project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
• Oversee site coordination and monitor construction progress.
• Produce and review detailed construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Ensure design intent, quality, programme, and project requirements are maintained.
• Apply sound technical and commercial judgement throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate BIM models and ensure effective collaboration across project teams.
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project deliverables, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Requirements:

• SACAP-registered Professional Architect.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Advanced and demonstrable proficiency in Revit
• Thorough understanding of Revit collaboration, modelling techniques, and best practices.
• Proven experience on large, complex projects, including mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments.
• Strong construction drawing and detailing experience.
• Sound knowledge of building systems, materials, industry standards, and applicable codes.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Client-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
