Cooking Professor

A training center in Zaragoza is looking to hire a professional profile to teach cooking, pastry, and baking classes. The selected person will be responsible for training future professionals in the hospitality sector through certificates and specialization courses. Among the main functions are preparing and developing theoretical and practical content, monitoring and evaluating students, and organizing and supervising kitchen internships. They will also participate in the continuous improvement of training programs. A minimum of 24 months of experience as a head chef or professional cook is required, along with a minimum qualification of Higher Vocational Training (FP de Grado Superior) in the culinary field. Furthermore, it is necessary to have a teaching certification (such as CP, CAP, or a master's degree) or to demonstrate at least 600 hours of teaching. The offer is for a temporary part-time contract of 36 hours per week, with generally morning hours and variable salary conditions. Incorporation is planned for mid-September, and the position is based in Zaragoza city.
