Job description
We are looking for swimming teachers and coaches to give individual classes to students of different ages (children, teenagers, and adults).
We are looking for committed professionals with experience in teaching swimming, who wish to collaborate by managing their own schedules and work areas.
Responsibilities
Teach private swimming classes adapted to the student's level and goals.
Monitor student progress and adapt the methodology according to individual needs.
Ensure the safety and correct development of each session.
Coordinate directly with the student or their guardians on logistical aspects (schedules, location, specific needs).
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in teaching swimming (minimum 1 year).
Related training (TAFAD, CAFYD, swimming instructor title, water rescue or other official titles).
Ability to work with different age groups.
Excellent interpersonal skills and pedagogical abilities.
Will be positively valued:
Certificates in first aid and CPR.
Experience with special educational needs.
Availability of own equipment (recommended, not mandatory).
